At Texas Balloon Arches we would love to have your business!! Our minimum décor job starts at $150.00. Most indoor 25 ft. 10x10 indoor arches start at $250.00 + tax and delivery. Columns start at $100.00 + tax and delivery.  We do charge more for outdoor work. Some general pricing information may be found on our types of décor page. Most dance floors, balloon drops, and specialty designs are priced individually.  Because each job varies in size, amount of employees and amount of helium used, we ask that you call or e-mail us so that we can work up a bid sheet. We can work with any budget and make your event extraordinary.

No.  Although we delight in doing many outdoor jobs for our customers, we cannot guarantee outdoor work.  We make every attempt to have your decor looking its best at the time it is assembled. We use only professional supplies and extra-thick latex balloons, heavy duty cord and wire for all outdoor jobs. The Texas weather does take a toll on outdoor balloons, especially the wind and heat. 

Yes, all balloon deliveries must be paid for in advance through PayPal or by personal check. Decor and arches require a half down non-refundable deposit at the time you book your reservation. The balance is due the day of your event.
